Board of Directors

The Edina Historical Society is governed by a Board of Directors. Board members are elected to three-year terms, with one-third of the board up for re-election every year. The Board generally meets the first Tuesday of every month, at 4:30 p.m. at the Edina History Museum. Contact staff or the board president if you have a topic you'd like discussed at a regular board meeting.

Board members are active committee members, working on events, exhibits, building care and other projects. The board is looking for community members to serve in leadership positions with the Edina Historical Society. If you are interested in serving, please contact staff or any board member for more information.

Volunteers sought for expanded Board of Directors
The Edina Historical Society recently added three new board members: Arlene Forrest, Bob Moore and Marshall Schwartz.

If you are interested in serving on the board, especially as Secretary, please apply! An application and more information is found here, or call the museum at 612-928-4577 to have the document sent to you. The Secretary records minutes of monthly board meetings, generally held at 4:30 p.m., the first Tuesday of the month at the Edina History Museum.
